Quick Nanaimo Bars


1/2 cup butter 1 cup coconut
1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup cocoa 1 can condensed milk
1 beaten egg 1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cups graham crumbs 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Melt: butter
Stir in: sugar, cocoa, egg, crumbs coconut and nuts
Spread and press into bottom of 9 inch square pan. Combine: milk with lemon juice. Blend well and spread on base.
Refridgerate until firm, about 2 hours
Cut into bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
