Quick Nanaimo Bars
1/2 cup butter

1 cup coconut
|
1/4 cup brown sugar
|
1/2 cup chopped nuts
|
1/4 cup cocoa
|
1 can condensed milk
|
1 beaten egg
|
1/3 cup lemon juice |
2 cups graham crumbs
|
1/3 cup chocolate chips
|
Melt: butter
Stir in: sugar, cocoa, egg, crumbs coconut and nuts
Spread and press into bottom of 9 inch square pan.
Combine: milk with lemon juice. Blend well and spread on base.
Refridgerate until firm, about 2 hours
Cut into bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
