Easy Curried Chicken, Turkey or Beef

Cook 1/4 cup chopped onion in 1 tablespoon of butter in medium sauce pan. Add 1 10 oz. can cream soup (ie: mushroom, chicken, celery. your choice) and 1/4 cup milk. Heat and stir til smooth.
Optional: Stir in 1 10oz can drained mushrooms (whole, sliced or pieces).
Stir in 1 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon curry powder (or to taste), stir til smooth.
Add 1 cup chopped cooked meat.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4.
